Banh Mi House partnered with us to build the foundation for a completely new restaurant concept from the ground up. From brand strategy and visual identity to website, messaging, menus, environmental design, and ongoing support, the goal was to create a cohesive experience that felt as intentional as the food being served.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Banh Mi House is a Vietnamese-inspired restaurant offering banh mi sandwiches, spring rolls, rice and noodle bowls, coffee, and specialty beverages.
Rooted in hospitality, quality ingredients, and thoughtful preparation, the restaurant brings together traditional influences and unique flavor combinations in a way that feels both approachable and distinctive.
As a brand-new business preparing to open its doors, they needed more than a logo or website. They needed a strong foundation that would help communicate who they are, what they stand for, and the experience they wanted customers to have.
THE OPPORTUNITY
With a lease secured and an opening timeline quickly approaching, the team needed to establish their brand, build awareness, and create a cohesive customer experience before opening.
The challenge was not simply launching a restaurant. It was creating a brand that felt welcoming, memorable, and reflective of the care and intention behind the food.
Every touchpoint needed to work together, from the visual identity and website to menus, signage, photography, and the physical environment itself.

From the beginning, it was important that the brand felt warm, approachable, and inviting. We worked closely with the ownership team to understand their vision, values, and the experience they wanted guests to have when interacting with the restaurant.
Through a structured process that combined strategy, design, messaging, and implementation, we created a cohesive brand system designed to support both launch and long-term growth.

One of the most memorable elements of the project was the custom mural created for the restaurant space. What was once a blank wall became a focal point that helped bring the environment to life. Inspired by warmth, culture, and connection, the mural incorporated a cherry blossom tree that added character, energy, and a sense of place within the restaurant.
The mural became a favorite feature for guests, creating a natural gathering point and photo opportunity while helping strengthen the overall brand experience.
