Client Work


Final deliverables provided to clients are subject to the terms outlined in individual project agreements. Light Codes Consulting and Design retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement.

Due to the nature of creative and consulting services:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun

  • Late payments may delay project timelines

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and materials

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully

  • Adhere to agreed timelines

Delays in communication may impact delivery schedules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Light Codes Consulting and Design is not liable for:

  • Business outcomes, revenue changes, or results from use of our work

  • Third-party platform issues (hosting, plugins, integrations, etc.)

  • Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools. We are not responsible for:

  • Their performance

  • Security

  • Policy changes

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • There is a breach of agreement

  • Communication becomes unworkable

  • Payments are not fulfilled

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
